These are pre-recorded classes and are designed for anyone who has not tried Pilates before.
The Beginner Course
I started teaching fitness and subsequently Pilates because when I searched for beginner classes online or in studio. I would go and feel completely out of my depth straight away. I would feel overwhelmed and not want to return to class. I started Pilates & Fitness with Linda to welcome everyone of all shapes and sizes and so no person would walk away from my class feeling bad about themselves or about their ability.
My set of beginner classes start at the very beginning. They area basic introduction to Pilates with challenges provided for a variety of levels.
With my set of 4 classes I want you to do two basic things 1. Find Your Core and 2. Create Some Me Time
